Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@lige-watch.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


When returning an item, make sure you have proof of purchase, such as your confirmation email. The item (and any free items that came with the product) will also need to be:

- unused (this does not apply to items if the issue appears after longer usage)

- in original packaging with all its contents (lige watch, charger, manual all in the lige watch box, if any of the contents are missing, deductions can be made)

- in a resaleable condition (foil on the screen)

- clean (deductions can be made)
- please include the Order number

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection.

Shipping Charges are non-refundable. This includes shipping to customer address & back to our warehouse. Any order with free shipping will be assessed standard shipping charges.

Refund will be made after merchandise is returned back to us and after inspection.

CUSTOMS DUTIES & CLEARANCE
In some cases, VAT (Value Added Tax), other taxes, customs and/or duty fees required by your destination country. These additional charges for taxes or customs clearance charges are the responsibility of the recipient. lige-watch.com does not offer refunds or accept returns for for recipients' failure to pay customs fee or taxes.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
